Transplant recipients and their immediate families (parents/guardians and siblings) are invited to join the Pediatric Transplant Center staff at Kimball Farm in Westford, MA, for a fun-filled day of games, food, socializing and transplant education. As always, the event is free for transplant recipients and their immediate families. Discounted admission for extended family members and/or friends can be purchased in advance. All orders must be received by August 24.
When ordering tickets, include the transplant recipient in the # of immediate family tickets requested.
Teen (13-19) recipients and teen siblings of recipients are also invited to sign up for a teen activity 1-2 p.m.
